Wisdom Facilitator Programme
Building lasting internal capacity for ethical AI reflection and decision-making.
Ethical AI maturity does not come from a single assessment. It comes from how your people think, talk, and make decisions every day.
Most organisations rely on external consultants for this. The Wisdom Facilitator Programme takes a different approach: it trains your internal people to lead these conversations themselves. Structured ethical reflection, purpose-driven design discussions, and the kind of honest questioning that turns principles into practice.
This is not a training course that ends when the slides are over. It builds a capability inside your organisation that persists after the engagement ends, so that ethical reflection becomes part of how your teams already work, not an extra task.
What the programme includes
The “From Fear to Wisdom” Guidebook with role-based reading paths for leadership, HR, facilitators, and team leads.
Training in the Purpose and Impact Reflection Workshop method: a structured process for examining how your AI systems are evolving and whether they still serve their intended purpose. Your facilitators learn to run these independently.
The Wisdom Capacity Review tool for making visible how reflective practice develops over time. Not just “did we have a good conversation?” but “did anything actually change in how we think?”
A 90-day implementation plan that connects these practices to your existing meetings, governance forums, and project routines, so they take root rather than become a side project.
Facilitated practice sessions with feedback and coaching, so your facilitators build real confidence before they lead on their own.
How it connects to the diagnostic
The programme is designed to act on the findings of the From Fear to Wisdom Diagnostic. The diagnostic shows you where your governance intent and operational reality diverge.
The Wisdom Facilitator Programme builds the internal capability to close that gap, especially in the areas where most organisations score lowest: spaces for reflection, recording decisions, and translating ethical awareness into everyday practice.
You don’t need to complete the diagnostic first, but organisations that have found the programme significantly more focused because the starting point is already clear.

Particularly suited for organisations at Stage 1 or 2 of ethical AI maturity that are ready to move toward reflective, purpose-driven practice.
