Keynote and AI & Values workshop, Metosin
Context: Metosin wanted to build a balanced view of AI’s opportunities and risks across roles and open an honest, value-based conversation about what AI could mean for their work, their values and their customers.
Approach: First, a 30-minute keynote on value-based AI development and human judgment, followed by a 30-minute dialogue with the whole company. On that basis, Metosin commissioned a separate half-day online AI & Values workshop combining reflection, dialogue and structured group work. Together, we explored concrete opportunities (e.g. faster prototyping, new ways to create value for customers) and risks (bias, responsibility, misuse) and developed the idea of an “ethical scaffolding” for client work.
Result: Participant feedback was consistently 4–5/5, with particular appreciation for the psychological safety, clarity and concrete outcomes. Metosin left with a more balanced, shared understanding of AI’s role in the company, clearer principles for how they want to use it, and concrete ideas for experiments – and has since asked me to continue supporting them with a full-day, in-person workshop on their ongoing transformation.
